Looking back then.........it would seem that Margaret Jane's marriage to John Moore was her first marriage and that Elizabeth Mary Cryan is her illegitimate daughter.

Can't thank all of you enough for this massive information. Firstly in respect of getting a profile name. I needed to log off and then back on and it works!!!! Secondly for all the hard work to find the name Cryan. I think you might be right in respect of Elizabeth Jane having an illegitimate child called Elizabeth Mary and it certainly throws some light on it. I will definitely chase this up and thanks once again for all your help.

I think you have that muddled............it is Margaret Jane (Daughter of Elizabeth Jane) that has an illegitimate Daughter Elizabeth Mary.
