my disc's only go up to 1899 for burials so will have to look at the parish records next time I'm in the archives.

That Edward was his uncle Edward Hardy Deverill born 1836, I'm not sure yet where the Hardy comes from but on one of the census the Devreill's are down as Hardy's and not Deverill

it OK Mel not been back on long myself. Yes I guessed that but as they wasn't married she would have put her down as one of the 10. think I found another burial of a child as cannot match him up with another parents as no christening for him so that makes 1 to find but all the other children that was buried between 1885 and 1901 match up with christenings.

Forgot to say I will put that probate up but not sure if it is the right Edward as he leaves his money to a Thomas......Oh I will put it up anyway.

Sorry I took so long to answer I have just been in the shower.

Found another burial so that 2 deaths found and 2 to find. So now I have 5 Children alive in 1911 and they are with William, the child with her makes 6 (but don't think its William's) and the 4 that died makes 10.

Thank you yes thought she had gone off with another man and left
William & Children as William put widower on 1901. Faith died Dec Qtr 1930. I have found 7 children so far, found 4 christenings and 1 burial that match's but burials don't have parents name down. Would she have counted the child that is living with her as one of the 10 ?

As for Edward I Think he was a pot maker so if you could give me probate details I would be most grateful.

Been married 25 years had 10 children 6 living 4 died and another dau of 8 years old and now a Boarder at the same persons house as she was a housekeeper for on the census of 1901.

I looked for a death for her and could'nt find one. I will have a look for her now.

I did come across a probate for an Edward and wondered if it was your Edward as it said he was a pot maker or something.

Just done all the chickens and given hubby a coffee so I have a little more time now to have another look.

Mel if you are still there, I've been looking at the 1901 and 1911 census for William 1901 has him as a widower and 1911 says married but wife Faith is not with him and she didn't die until 1930 so could you have a look for her on 1901 & 1911 please.
