I've tried looking for a birth of Richard Poyner. In the 1901 census he is 47 making his year of birth 1854 in Wolverhampton. So far I can't find anything. Can anyone help. |

His surname appears to vary in terms of spelling over the years so possibly this one and maybe the family below in 1861? |

Still looking for William Beech's parents. Richard Beech who died before William was married in 1899, according to Williams marriage certificate was a carpenter. |

In the 1911 census it is showing William Beech as being born in Pelsall, Staffordshire. Can anyone tell me if this is the area that would show up on the birth records or would it show up as another area i.e. Walsall or Darlaston or even somewhere else. |

In 1901 William also listed his birthplace as Sedgley when he was living with his in laws, so Pelsall is not the only birthplace he lists. |

I'm still struggling to find any more information on Mary Poyners family. On her marriage certificate to William Beech; it states her age as 22 and that her father's name was Richard. I found a birth certificate for a Mary Poyner in the registration district of Bloxwich, which I understand covers Pelsall for December 1876 but this states her father as Joseph. |

I think this is Mary Poyner and mother Sarah Ann with Sarah's parents in 1881. She is mistranscribed as Paynes. Jan already found Richard Poyner in 1881 living away from home and safc found the marriage of Sarah Ann to Richard |
