Hi Gins,
This is what I have relating to his second marriage:-
Ancestral File
name: (Karnes) Mary O. SAWYER (AFN: CMPV-GT) gender: female birth: 1891 death: marriage: 20 February 1930
Also in regards to the child Peter Graham born in Scotland 1915, Peter's father married to Mary Watson was born in 1844 in Lesmahagow, South Lanarkshire, Scotland and one of the Peter's in SP search was also born in Lesmahagow, coincidence?

Hi Gins,
This has to be the Peter Graham born 1887 in Crossford, South Lanarkshire, Scotland to a Peter Graham and Mary Watson that I already have in my tree. His mother Mary Watson, died in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois.
Interestingly I have his sister Agnes Graham married to Susan Clusker's brother Anthony Clusker.
Thanks Again,
James

Gins,
That is brilliant, I wish I had your know how, you and all the other volunteers never cease to amaze me, well done :-)
Her death in 1928 makes sense as the Peter Graham in the Ancestral File is showing as marrying again in 1930 and his death as 1963.
The children in the 1920 census could possibly be the children of Susan Clusker and Peter Graham as they were all born between 1910 and 1915.
I tried establish parents for the Peter Graham born in Scotland 1915 by doing a search on SP between 1914 and 1916, it produced 13 results but none have any images, you have to order and at £12 a time way out of my reach.
Thanks Again,
James

The image says they immigrated in 1904, and were natualised in 1910.
Assuming they declared/remembered the correct year, the 1909 marriage is a bit suspect.

Hi Reggie,
I am trying to establish Susan's maiden name to see if this marriage is connected to individuals in my tree, and if the family in the 1920 Census are one and the same..
I do not have a marriage certificate, I looked on SP and could not find anything, all I have is this from an Ancestral File I found on FamilySearch.org:-
Bride: Susan CLUSKER birth: 1891 Crossford? Lanark, Scotland - spouse: Peter GRAHAM marriage: 9 Oct 1909
As you and others have pointed out to me before, these files are not always reliable
Best Wishes,
James

Not sure what you're looking for
You have a marriage record..........the ages of the couple and names of their parents will be on the cert.
Have you checked emigration records on Ancestry?

Peter Graham and Susan Graham, and I am trying to establish Susan's maiden name to see if this marriage is connected to individuals in my tree.
I have looked on Scotlands People but did not find anything in saying that I have often failed to find things but then the experienced volunteers on here who do a marvelous job in helping others, have found the information I was looking for and shown me where I went wrong :-)
Bits and pieces that may have some connection:-
United States Census, 1920
Residence 1920 City Of Springfield Election Precinct 5, Sangamon, Illinois
Household:-
self Peter Graham M 32y Scotland
wife Susan Graham F 32y Scotland
dau Mary Graham F 9y Illinois
dau Jean Graham F 8y Illinois
son Peter Graham M 5y Scotland
An Ancestral File, not always reliable:-
Bride: Susan CLUSKER birth: 1891 Crossford? Lanark, Scotland - spouse: Peter GRAHAM marriage: 9 Oct 1909
My tree has these individuals in it :-
Susan Clusker born 1892 to a Bridget Martin and John Clusker in Burntisland, Fife, Scotland.
Susan Clusker born 1886 to a Mary McDade and James Clusker in Uphall, West Lothian, Scotland, United Kingdom
Peter Graham born 1887 in Crossford, South Lanarkshire, Scotland to to a Peter Graham and Mary Watson.
Regards,
James
