Find Ancestors

Hi, don't know if anyone can help. I haven't much information John was born in Scotland c1828 and Margaret was born in Ireland c 1825. Not sure whether she is Callahan or O'Callahan.
They lived in London where they had 3 children, Agnes 1857, John 1859 and Richard 1864.
They then moved to Derby.
Any help would be appreciated.
