This seems to be the only likely mother if indeed the mother was living in Prtsmouth at the time of the 1911 census. |

Looking at the birth record, you will only find out who her mother was |

As the birth record gives the mother's maiden name as Binding, there probably won't be a father's name on the certificate. |
