I would be so grateful if someone could find any member of this family in 1891
Michael c1827 Cork Ireland
Hannah c1827 182 Limerick Ireland

James 1854 born St Giles
Johannah 1856 "
Hannorah
(Nora) 1858
Thomas 1864
Alice Maria 1865
Amelia
(Millie) 1869
Michael 1870

All children born St Giles London and the family continued to live in the area.
.
Ellen and Elizabeth (2 other siblings) married and I have been able to follow them. It just seems so strange that I cannot find the rest of the family.

Thank you Rose

Thanks Gins. I have looked on 1901c and see that another son appears who wasnt on the 1891c. Daniel age 22 Market Porter born St Giles. The age doesnt make sense as Johanna and Michael wed 1883. Daniel born 1879 but he is not listed with the mahoney family in 1881.
Then Ive come across 1911c Johanna Sullivan widow 55 Laundress with another son Patrick 21 born St Giles who was a railway Porter. Patrick wasnt on the 1901c either. I am getting so confused.

What do you think?

Reggie, I have looked for parents but have not been able to find them

Thanks Rose

ErikaH I still do not think that is the Johanna I am looking for as according to the 1881 census she is still living with her parents and siblings 26 Little Wild Street, St Giles.

The other Johanna lived 9 Little Wild Street St GIles. They were born the same year
which does not help

Argyl/Gran Edith Nora Smith is Johanna's aunt, I think lol. She is my husband's fathers' sister. My husbands aunt lol

Thank you so much for your help
Rose

You appear to have responded on the wrong thread.

Neither Argyll Gran nor I have posted on this one.

(That’s what can happen when you post multiple threads about the same people)
