The 1891 Quebec census shows a 2 yr. old George Woodcock born Boston, father born Scotland, mother born Montreal living with William & Catherine Pride in Montreal.

Margee - Seems v likely. John Mullins in the same h/h is listed in Lovell (1871-2) at 332 Seigneurs (Alex Coultry, the butcher in the next house is at 126 Richmond, the next street) - both lie between Chatham & Lusignan - abt 1km SW of Nazereth, where we see Wm Pride).

Sorry I haven't been able to come back to my thread until now.
I cannot believe how much information you have all found for me. You kindness is overwhelming! Thank you all so much.
Margee, the death for that Andew Ferguson Woodcock is great as I had stumbled across a reference to it about 15 years ago but couldn't be absolutely sure he was mine. He was named for Jonathan's little brother, also Andrew Ferguson Woodcock born 24 December 1859 and died 27 June 1860. Both of these boys were named for Jonathan's grandfather Andrew Ferguson.
I am now going to print all this information off and take time to digest it.
Thank you all so much once again for everything that you have added to my family history. Your help has been so much appreciated.
