	Well it looks like they were there by 1892 Australia Marriage Index, 1788-1950 Name: Edith Rose Lindop Spouse Name: Allan V Hills Marriage Date: 17 Oct 1892 Marriage Place: Tasmania Registration Place: Launceston, Tasmania Registration Year: 1892 Registration number: 547 Edit: Try adding Australia to your title

Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 55 Send Message	I'm trying to find out on which ship to Australia my ancestors left England. Minnie Jane (b.1857) & Charles Thomas (b.1852) Leveson-Gower and her unmarried sister Edith Rose Lindop (b.1866). Minnie was married in London in March 1883, and her first child was born in Victoria, Australia in 1885, so a two year window. Have tried Ancestry to no avail. This is a difficult one! Any help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks. Lesley
