Joy - are you on Ancestry, there's a tree there got photos & stuff about the Husbands?
If you're not, you can still search and view their public trees on Mundia, a sister site. http://www.mundia.com/gb/. It's a free sit, and you can contact tree owners.
If you use "Find People" and put in Edwin Husband born 1875 you'll find it.

He was a miner and travelling with William (age 50, a miner,born Mansfield) and Sarah (also 50, born Sutton in Ashfield). Their onward destination was Bessemer Alabama to their son Edwin Husband (how does that name come about?)

He states he was born 03 November 1885 in Newhoughton, England and last residence in England was Southebusall (looks like).
