	Thanks MarieCeleste I remember this information that you give me but since then I have been given information on 1884 Naturalization - Joseph Ferry born in England and he was naturalized on the 4th October 1884. The person who sponsored him was of Union Township, Alleghany County, PA, and Union Township is now Green Tree Borough, Southwest of Pittsburgh. I cannot be certain this is my Joseph but he was a miner when he lived in England, and I think the area of Pittsburgh is a mining area. I don't have the facility on my Ancestry membership and I just hoped someone could be really kind and lookup American Census for Pittsburgh to see if a Joseph Ferry had married and had a family.
