Annie B G Sabin was born in Shropshire. Would that be likely for the 'other' Hannah?
I was thinking about a younger Hannah - birth 1880's, who then married.

The mother named on the 1900 birth cannot be the woman born in 1867in West Bromwich, if she married in 1888.
There is another Hannah of a similar age in 1901, occupation, Cook, Domestic.
Name: Hannah Sabin Age: 35 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1866 Relation: Servant Gender: Female Where born: Daventry, Northamptonshire, England Civil parish: Marston Priors Ecclesiastical parish: Marston Priors St Leonard Town: Marston Priors County/Island: Warwickshire Country: England Street Address:
Registration district: Southam Sub-registration district: Southam ED, institution, or vessel: 16 Neighbors: View others on page Household schedule number: 98 Piece: 2949 Folio: 29 Page Number: 13 Household Members: Name Age Robert Rice 62 Christiane F Rice 58 Bernard C Rice 19 Gladys E D Rice 16 John N Guthrie 15 Hannah Sabin 35 Elizabeth Johnson 17 Sorry to labour the point, but is there one shred of documentary evidence to support the idea that Georgina Hill was a pseudonym for Annie B G Sabin?

Sorry to be slow on this and repeating my questions. Has anyone found Annie Bertha Georgina in 1901 or 1911 censuses? What connection is there between Annie's Mother Hannah Sabin, and Hannah Sabin born 1867 as Hannah Sabin 1867 married James Thorpe?
(Marriages Dec 1888 HADLEY Samuel Dudley 6c 121 SABIN Hannah Dudley 6c 121 STOKES Emma Dudley 6c 121 THORP James Dudley 6c 121)
For info: Ann B G Barber Birth Date: abt 1901 Date of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar 1965 Age at Death: 64 Registration district: Rugby Inferred County: Warwickshire Volume: 9c Page: 1050

Has the question of the parentage been solved to your satisfaction?
If not, will you please remove the tick you placed on Reggie's posting on p.1.
The tick shows on the Index page, and indicates that the question has been solved ....... and therefore no other helpers will look at the thread to see if they can help.

So the Richard on the marriage certificate was an invention?
I have not found her in 1901/1911, has anyone?
I thought Gins had Hannah married to Mr Thorpe, including some Sabin family with them in 1901?
How do you know Hannah Sabin on the birth certificate as Mother is Hannah Sabin daughter of Edward and Mary- seems unlikely because of the Thorpe marriage?
