Any evidence from the 'source'?
Ancestry links the 1891 Johannah to Johannah Landrigan
Have you checked anything?
CORRECT names for two of the children are Jeremiah and Patsey

Hello I am confused
Was given Michael Sullivan as married to Johannah Mahoney. I cannot find the marriage on freeBMD or on Ancestry. What I have found today
1881c 9 Little Wild Street St Giles Jerh Sullivan 25 Porter London Johanah 25 " Danl 2 " Jerh 2 mths
This is the same street as the Johannah I am looking for in 1881 "
1891 census Johannah Sullivan (WID) 35 Laundress St Giles Gerehnih 9 Charles 7 Ellen 5 Thomas 3 Palsez 1
1901 census Johanna " 43 (Wid) laundress Daniel 22 market porter Jeremiah 20 scavenger Charles 18 greengrocers assistant Thomas 14 painters labourer Wm Charles Tanangan 1 nephew Isabella " 30 waitress This is obviously all the same family. The Johannah I am looking for is 25 and living in the same street. I cannot find my Johannah after 1881!!
Thank you so much for your help Rose x

Hello Reggie
Just been looking up the Johanna you found, sorry to say but its the wrong one as Ive just looked at someones tree and they have all the children etc her maiden name was Landrigan.
Is there another that you came across?
Thank you Rose

Hello Reggie, Ann, I found just one in Shoreditch workhouse but someone has her on their tree with another spouse and children etc.and I havent been able to find another Ann or Hannah. Her death was 1901.
The only Michael Mahoney that I have found died 1891 Ireland but I do not think its the one I am looking for.
There are too many of them thats the problem.
Apologies for not getting back sooner but I was called away. Thanks Rose

Sorry, forgot to mention that spouse Hannah turned to Ann from 1881 presume its bcos of Johanna and Hannah.

Can someone please help find this family. Cannot find a 1891 census on Ancestry for any of the family and its driving me mad
Michael Mahoney born Cork,Ireland abt 1826 Hannah " " Limerick, Ireland abt 1827 Johanna " St.Giles London middx 1856 Hannah " " abt 1857 Amelia " " abt 1869 Michael abt 1870 Alice Maria " " " 1867 Thomas " " 1864
1881c is typed up as Marion but I think it is possibly Maria, Alice perhaps preferred her middle name? All I have been able to do is follow 3 of this family.
I shall be so grateful for help before my head explodes!
Thank you Rose
