James must have died 1901/1911 as his wife is widowed on the 1911 census............looking at the original she names Samuel as being in the household and then crosses him out.........the enumerator saying he is accounted for somewhere else! However am unable to find a Samuel born Norfolk at the right age. |

Thanks kath and stuart, its a shame i cant track samuel any farther as this would help clarify if he ended up in lincolnshire. I will run the siblings names past my relatives though and see if any ring a bell! |

Possible for James? The only other James in the Walsingham RD dies 1905 aged 78, but might have been out of district |

Just in case it jogs someones memory or otherwise. Ernest, brother of the possible Samuel b 1884/88/89 Lower Ryburgh, emigrated to Quebec Canada in 1924. He then crossed into the USA in 1928 where he was to meet up with friend Sally Young. Destination address c/o Mrs Ford, Holmhill Lodge, NJ. |
