Good guess Mike but there is no corresponding George Edward Clayton in the Sept Q 1864

Sarah Ann Gillenwater was born 14/10/1837 and christened in 1839.
you can see the birth when looking at the original christening record.

There is an Ambrose Harnett with a wife Sarah Ann in the 1881 census ......

Her birth year was c1836. Having looked at the marriage record, I don't think it's the same girl as on the baptism above. This one gives her father as William - a perfumer.

The other names on the marriage index page are simply other marrying couples.
There's no indication who married who from the list until after 1911 when the couples were paired up.
