John Patrick Harrington died 18th Dec 1959 at Dora,Street aged 71 - got orginal cert in my hand

Look at the 1891. Who is Rachel Paston?.... she's listed as Mary's mother. Was Mary originally a Paston?

I have to say looking at the original it doesn't look like Paston, more like Parten maybe?
