I have a problem i have the middle and end bit to my great grandfather BUT CANT find his birth... the only info i have is the following:

His name is known as JOHN PATRICK HARRINGTON MARRIAGE: married ADA OVERTON on 10th April 1910... John is listed as being 22yrs old and Ada 21... They married at The Church of Our Lady of Refuge for Sinners and St Catherine of Sienna, Poplar, London...
DEATH: 18 Dec 1959 Stepney aged 71...

I have both original copies of his Marriage and Death...

On his tomb stone in Leytonstone it has his birth as 21 Dec 1887 BUT I CANT FIND A RECORD OF THIS CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME...

He is a mistery need to find out the beginning bit of his life

John Patrick Harrington's parents are Mary Ann Cartey and Thomas Harrington... Think John had an older Brother James born 1885... Think Mary Ann's surname had a diferent spelling in census etc...

i have the original certificates of his marriage and death... marriage is listing his father as THOMAS HARRINGTON (deceased)

If he was born late December, it is quite likely that he was registered in the following March quarter.
ie. the next year.
