Was he definitely Richard ?

EDIT.......The only Richard showing is a marriage 1700's

I can't find a marriage for Betty Whitehead to Richard Greenwood in Oldham in about 1830.

Richard was dead by 1838 but by then they had three children.

Can anyone help?
