My grandparents names were JOHN JOSEPH MC CALL who married a MARGARET CAMPBELL in 1899 they had 11 children first was a john then margaret,teresa,william,catherine to name a few but i cant find anyone further back than them can you help me PLEASE

Who is William's wife? Where did he come from?

Kaylee's mum - William McCaul's wife was Margaret McNulty!!! They married in West Derby.

Like Ozbird, I can't see any other William mentioned. Is there something else you know which we don't? if so, please tell us as we have spent the last 30 minutes at least going over old ground. ;-) :-)

Yes, but I don't think Kaylee's mum has got that far back yet. I thought she might have been referring to William, son of John Joseph, in 1911 census.

Edit - she already knew the name of John Joseph's wife, hence the William in 1911's mother. As I read it, that was the starting off point.

There is a lot of info on this thread, and must be confusing to take in at once. :-D

i think i might of confused you all and myself i apologize for that i myself found john j mc caals dad but not the mother i think it is mc nulty now ,as for john campbell i have 2 different wifes not sure who is who i am new to using a computer and i think i have bitten more than i can chew i appreiciate eveyones help but i dont know what i am doing . but if you can help some more i would appreciate it thank you
