This Herbert Richards was in Cardiff 1911, but I realise he might be the one born Cardiff 1887 who was the wrong one.

Have you got Herberts marriage cert for his fathers name and occupation ?

Trying to find birth certificate of Herbert Seth Richards to find out names of his parents.
I have two birth certificates a) 1886 Newport Monmouth Vol 11a page 209 and b) 1887 Cardiff Vol11a page 295.
Both of these are not Herbert Seth Richards.
Herbert Seth Richards married Flornce Edith Buckland and they were the adoption parents of Peter Wyndam Gash born1926 to Albert Victor Gash and Gladys Eleanor James Married 1926
Can the surplus birth certificates be of use to any other Genes members?
