Yes, that's her, Dianne - that's what the "previous researcher" found, I just didn't post the details. As you said earlier, the insistence on Rosanna and Ellen at being born Stoke Works is significant. |

There isn't much of the 'old' Stoke Works to see now. There is a book about the village called 'Stoke Works, Memories of our Forgotten Village', by Eunice James-Stanton'. It may be difficult to get now, It's got quite a lot of good pictures in it. There is even a story I wrote for my own pleasure in the book. I don't know how Eunice got that !! |
