PETITIONS OF INSOLVENT DEBTORS, to be heard London Gazette - Issue 18183 published on the 11 October 1825 William Sargent, late of the Parish of Allhallows-on-the-Walls, in the City of Exeter, Joiner. can anyone tell me -does late of the parish mean-dead? or he used to live there-and how do I find out what happened tp him? I have no idea how old he was. thanks for any help
