Checking baptisms for Kirkintilloch of the 1820s/30s, there were at least two other James Stark listed as fathers. |

I got that Jean died in 1832 from a relation but they didnt know much more than that. |

Whoops! Just noticed that Jean died in 1832, so some, if not all, of the children baptised in Kirkintilloch must be from a different family, ie their were two couples with the same names. |

Kevin all the children posted belonged to James and Jean. I was trying to find Thomas on the 1841 census at 8 months - he may have been the child of James and Mary. But no success as yet. |

Kevin, as well as the census, scotlandspeople has BMDs from 1855 onwards and parish records for before then. |
