Find Ancestors

The above was my Grandfather he emigrated to Canada in Dec 1909 I have just found out he died in Montreal Canada on the 28 Feb 1958 could anyone tell me how i can find out such information as where he died what he died of and what relative signed the death cert (if he had any ) hope soms one can help me G P Warnes (Grandson)

It also appears from that info that his mother was WARNES, and his father MILES, yet his surname is WARNES. So perhaps they were unwed?

Which was rather what I was getting at Cherilyn with my query about the names given for parents on the tree,without actually saying it..;)

Blessed if I can find him on passenger lists going to Canada in 1909/10 though...

Or marrying an Agnes Miles,and going on the marriage found by patchem is the spouse for him correct on that tree or did he "marry"again in Canada?

Travelling with William, age 40, a miner.

Annie is still here on 1911 I think...Unless the man met another Annie to take with him....And on 1901 census he is a Greengrocer....But to be a miner would be better for emigration I would think.

But until Geoffrey comes back we wont know if it is the correct family.....But going on your marriage post I would have thought so...

And he has a Walter Warnes born 1905 Northampton on his tree here..

Original says Ethel Warnes daughter of William Walter died Feb. 20, 1920, aged 7 months. Was buried after removal from the vault after thaw on May 18, 1920,

I can not remember where to find the details to order a death cert in Canada..
I think 1958 comes within the being able to obtain one as I think the closure on deaths is 50 years?

Where are JC or Sylvia or any of the Canucks when you need them....??
