What was Robert's occupation? |

OK, that confirms. Do you have any clue as to Robert's date and place of birth, parents or death, please? Or about Norman? |

I gave you his death already. |

Can you tell me, please, when one should start a new thread. I have enquired about some of my father's family. Should I start a new thread if I enquire about my mother's family? |

Sorry, being new on this, I hadn't realised we had started a second page, so missed some stuff. Thanks for info. Sorry, I don't know his occupation - I suppose i must have known it, but can't remember. If you have some possibilities and could mention them it might ring a bell with me. Yes, the deaths of Robert & Norman seem reasonable, that's useful. |

16 Fernhurst Road certainly sounds right. I hadn't realised that Nellie lived so long. Thanks for that |

My aunt, Bertha Lowe, married Reginald (Reg) Peirce (often misspelt as Pierce) in about September 1921 and they had a son, Douglas, probably born around 1930. Bertha and Reginald ran a cafe on the east coast (Frinton, I think) for quite a few years and I remember this after the war as we visited it. |
