Unless Tom comes up with a proper set of facts, detailing the line from Bennion to Allmand, I don't propose to spend any further time on this |

if he died 1829 then these are not him either. they may be wheelwright and puplicann but they certainly do not fit. |

So if he died 1824 he cannot have been mayor of wrexham. perhaps it was another family member? |

Flick, sorry i gave you the wrong death date, it was 1824, so it does fit. in records he has been down as a Wheelwright and publican. Family say he was a timbermerchant, publican and the mayor of wrexham. |

If the FIRST wife died in 1829, he couldn't marry in 1826. |

The census return i havent been able to find! This is very helpful, as i wasnt sure of his second marriage, but the occupation is the same. Although his first marriage was in 1818, so he couldnt hav been born in 1809....... |

His first wife was called Susanna Lee. She died in 1829. I am unsure of this but i belive he remarried to a Mary Roberts. |
