Sorry, have been out - I agree it said deceased, deceased, for father's name and for father's occupation, hadn't noticed the transcription 'Leonard'. |

Reviewing your last part about Frances, I would have thought she would use the name Chamley. Especially as 1901 certainly looks like her. |
