Yes George Washington was the eldest, but i havent been able to find him or John H in the states at all. I did wonder if Mary was from the states orginally but again i cant find anything. |

As Mary Ann consistantly lists her birthplace as Oxfordshire in the census it would seem unlikley that she was born in London. She may have even married in the States |

If she's a relative of yours you should be working backwards from what you know for certain. Is she a direct ancestor? If so you should know her childrens' names but you don't even know her husband's name. |
