Theres also a tree on Ancestry that has George as marrying an Alice Everitt

Georges father was from Barbados according to the 1901 census and the photo of him on that tree, he does look mixed race.

yes george father was born barbabos in 1847 i have got his birth certifcate
the marriage what i have put on here george lockwood robinson to alice may everitt is his 2nd marriage.
You have said that my grandfather looked mixed race i have never seen a photos of my great great grandfather so i can't comment on that.

I have looked at all the Charles Taylor's who were Farmers on the 1911 but can't find one with a Lily May.

on her marriage certifcate she was living sandy lane bordon camp that was an army camp.
On my dad's birth certifcate it has got her name down as lilian may robinson formerly taylor

thank you for the information. if you look at the marriage certifcate for her and george lockwood robinson you will see that she is 2 years old than george.
I need to find out where she was born whitch is very hard because there is not alot of information on the marriage certifcate it only tells me who her father was and his occupation at the time of her marriage and what her occupation was.
