Find Ancestors

I think that I was the first one in my family to own their own house - I would hate to rent as you have no security - you can be thrown out at any time and the money you have paid is all wasted!

It was a struggle for many years (interest at the time was about 14.5%) but as soon as we could, we paid a little more off every month and managed to pay off the mortgage 9 years early.

Now it is all ours and we will never have to move again. :-D

Buying your first house is scary to be fair

I lived renting for years, all over the country but got my first house in the 90s....still hear, I love it <3

Phew busy morning just sat down to have one of those lovely butties.

Took the bandage off my toe this morning. Yuk!

Two washings done.

One son and partner kicked up their backsides last night.

they are going to view the house they liked again tomorrow. :-D
