I had my eggs on my toast, my sausages on the side and then the pancakes for pudding ;-) :-D

Have just had the strangest experience :-S After about 4 months of having that stupid finger stuck in the air then bandaged up, I have at last been able to let it out (though I will still cover it up if I go out), I have just washed my hair using both hands and, talk about unco-ordinated !!! :-0 - My hands kept bumping into each other and it took me ages to do :-S

Still - It's progress (of a sort) ........ ;-) :-D

Gins I put off having a dishwasher for years now cant do without it :-D

Just wish the washing machine was fixed. I did try to get a new one but OH wouldn't let me as this one is being repaired under warranty.

I am cancelling the warranty as soon as it is repaired ;-)

I bet you cant wait for the dishwasher!

Once you have one, you realise, how you cant live without them :-D

Gins I am always clearing out because firstly OH never quite finishes and then keeps stuff "just in case"

I cleared the kitchen cupboards while he was out the other day. he will never notice half of what I threw out ;-)

New dishwasher comes on Friday. I could have had tomorrow but we have the girls couldn't do it on Thursday as OH has his check up so had to be Friday.

The assistant was really good he phoned to complain about the time it is taking to fix the washing machine. He was trying to get them to scrap it but as parts are in and engineer booked no joy.

If it isn't done on Monday I have to call him first thing Tuesday and he will get them to replace it.

Bet it is done on Monday :-(

I asked because you're always having a clear out!

Hope you got your dishwasher. I remember one time buying a dishwasher and assistant in the shop said it would 3 days for delivery......I said 'You obviously haven't heard me 'my dishwasher is DEAD'

Went elsewhere, the assistant obviously doesn't understand what it's like to be without a dishwasher

Have had a awful day we were meant to be clearing out downstairs. It has been a bit neglected as like has been em busy..

OH gets call form his dad and had to go over to help him with something says he wont be long, comes back over 3 hours later.

Have just sat down not finished but got most of it done though still have kitchen to do.

Just to finish the perfect day I phoned to se when the engineer would be here to fix washing machine.

Yes the parts are here but we cant get engineer out till next Monday!!

then informs me they have 28 days to complete repair.

NOT happy think I will put a complaint on their web page ;-)
Dishwasher is out of warranty told OH I want a new one tomorrow :-)

Went out for lunch with JB then on to the cinema to watch Mt Turner

Timothy Spall, great actor BUT the movie is PANTS. 2.5hrs long and no substance to it all :-(

Thank you Gins <3 These are MUCH nicer that the one hubby did for me yesterday - it was all burnt and I had to keep pulling all the black bits off so I could find a bit worth eating :-(

I suppose I should be grateful though, at least he did one for me ;-) :-D

We've got spot lights in hall and landing but like to have something different in other rooms

Oh I like them Gins. We found one we liked.

They only had one in stock but have ordered the other one and it will arrive on Tuesday.

Boys took the one from top of the stairs down and put the new one up its lovely.

I've been looking at ceiling lights, a couple for the sitting room. Thought about these

I spent ages looking for new lights for the hall and stairs and forgot to come for breakfast :-(

Just had some for lunch thank you Dea.

Off to try and get the lights now as the bulb at the top of the stairs has blown and it is a real pain to replace hence getting new lights.

Old ones wont be wasted going to P and F's house :-)
