Good morning all. :-D

Thank you for breakfast Sylvs.........maybe I will try an omelette this morning - haven't one for ages.

I see so many babies when they come for baptism and, whilst it's lovely to have a cuddle and to oooooh and aaaaaar over them, I'm happy to come home without one!! :-D :-D

May go into town this morning to pick up our wedding dvd which we have had converted from a video. Who would have thought it.........once upon a time it was black and white photos, then colour photos, then 8mm film, then we went to videos and now, finally dvds. Wonder what the next thing will be?

Off for a browse before I get carried away....~~~

Hi all hope you are all well!

Must be definitely the year for babies so many of my friends and family are having or have had a baby this year. Just found out last night that I will be a great Auntie for the third time (had a new little one born two weeks ago)

New little babies, they make me very clucky

Although Gracie has decided we have too many boys so she only wants a girl cousin...

Night night Dea.......sleep tight.

Picked up grandson from school and he had previously asked if we could go and buy the football boots he needs - with his own money.

Off we went and I was duly treated to the sight of the racks of football boots which are available. The colours are startling!!! The 'in' thing is flourescent colours - bright pink, orange, green and yellow. You need sunglasses just to look at them. :-0

Home to cook tea and, no sooner settle down, than.........visitor!! Am now going for a browse round to see what I have missed!!

Hi Gins,

All I know is that he is at a hostel for the moment, then he is having a quickie tour of Europe for 4 weeks, then when he gets back he has to find a place to stay and somewhere to work.

I hope he gets a job okay, he is a really good chef, his employer here has said they will hold his job for him as they see it as a benefit to get more experience.

LOL he has a habit of making friends (especially the female ones!) hopefully they or he won't lead the other astray!

I have only had one quick visit to London about 10 years ago, can anyone reccomend a good area to stay in for him (one that's not too rough at night etc)?
