29 degrees...and it is a heatwave there! You are lucky it doesn't get to 40 plus like it does here ...yuck I hate the heat. Must be all the Scottish blood in me :)

Of course I don't get snow like you guys do, it looks nice but I am sure it is a nuisance as well.

Very quiet here today........the sun must have got to everyone.....



Went into town before it got too hot - finished my housework and then met a friend for lunch. After that, I came back and taught myself some more PowerPoint skills :-D


Am now sitting here in jamas - the fan is going full blast and both the back and front doors have been open. It's about bearable. :-S It's been 29 degrees today. phewwww

Hello everyone hope you are all well!

Strange day here hot then followed by a very bad storm. Funny weather for Winter but that's Melbourne, lol four seasons in one day!

Have been moving stuff at work, they are laying down new carpet so it has involved a whole lot of disruption, packing and unpacking. Am sooooooooo over it, it always seems like stuff like this gets left to a few of us to do for the whole lot of them.

Had to come home, do more work so had a very quick dinner tonight of scrambled eggs on toast and a glass of pear cider, lol not very good I am afraid!

I is feeling yucky IBS being a pain but hey ho :-(

Had GD's today O had fun with paddling pool and water pistols so much so she didn't want to go home. She has a Dumbo that stays at ours (has her own at home) had to take it in the car when taking her home.
When we got there I told her to leave Dumbo in the car.
She pipes up *Gran I can take him to O's house and bring him back to grans next time"

No flies on that girl but Dumbo came home with
us :-D

Off to bed hope everyone is ok <3

we're going to the cabin tomorrow ............ will be busy packing this evening, so not sure that I will get on to do breakfast.


we should be back late on Sunday

Have been busy doing not a lot really......went out this morning to get those dvds I mentioned earlier, but stayed in this afternoon and pootled around on my desktop doing a powerpoint for you-know-where.
