You could try the cinnamon apple frenchtoast for a change sometime..

I am a cinnamon fan as well. I generally put it in apple charlotte, or apple crumble etc.

and my mother used to make a cinnamon sponge cake which I loved.. I have only made it once we had guests and instead of being two neat sponges with cream in the middle it had a definite slope to it .. in fact you could ski down it... but it still tasted great.

Persephone

Persephone Report 19 Jul 2013 21:31

and while you lot are all melting, I am wrapped up for the cold weather, though the sun is peaking through today.

I will try and pop in later with breakfast, just have to get my timing right as it is usually around dinner preparation time here... guess I could just chuck somethin' on the hot plate for you lot or you could have a cold breakfast instead.

off to look at Barry's video and then we are out at a rental.. gotta meet a man about replacing a fence.

Keep smiling Linds at least with IBS you know what it is and can compensate accordingly.

Glad you are looking decidedly brighter Dea even if you do have danish pastry crumbs around your chops. :-)

Good morning......

WHAT ON EARTH HAVE YOU BEEN DOING DEA?

LOOK AT THIS MESS! There are crumbs EVERYWHERE!! :-0

Dear oh dear oh dear! I can see that I will have to get the vacuum cleaner out and it will have to be the proper one as well, not the lightweight handy one.

Sheeeeeesh.....some people can't half make a mess when they try. ;-)

Now that that is cleared up, I will make myself some porridge and eat it very tidily. :-D

Gins........ <3

Well, today is the start of the school holidays for my working daughter. I can see that I will have to put my thinking cap on as to how to keep her occupied. That's the trouble with Asperger's folk - they can be very isolated. :-(

Going for a browse....~~~~
