I'm taking the grandchildren Christmas shopping whilst it is half term. I do enjoy going out with them I must admit..... :-D

Thank you for the lovely breakfast, I am going to have Irish smoked bacon, turkey sausages, poached eggs, grilled mushrooms, baked tomatoes, baked baby beetroot, cheesy potato patties (just the one egg please) and some lovely buttery toast ................. delicious ! <3 :-D

The Continental --- choice of assorted chilled fruit juices, hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereals, toast or fresh-baked muffin

Breakfast bagel ……… scrambled egg, bacon and cheese OR vegetarian (scrambled eggs, basil pesto, tomato, aubergine)


in the warmers .............

This is not a good day for me ............


weather changes are coming in .................

I woke about 5am this mroning hurting from my waist down to my toes.


It was a 2 Tylenol 3 (acetaminophen + codeine) morning :-(

It has eased off a bit ........ I think my next dose in about 15 minutes will be 1 Tylenol 3 and 1 Tylenol without codeine

I hate it when this happens :-(
