	The doctor was very pleased with the eye today. All has gone well apparently. We won't know how much vision he will eventually have with it, but we go back in 4 weeks. Thank you for your concern my friends. <3 Came home, did some ironing and listened to a thriller.........lovely!! Having an early night..........See you tomorrow. night night....xxx

	Cyns hope the appointment at the eye hospital went well. xxxx OH is at his colon doctor at the moment ................ making an appointment to have the 2-yearly colonoscopy.

	Good morning all.......and thank you for breakfast Sylvs. I need something to see me on through the morning as we are off to the eye hospital again soon. :-D Thanks for the link LK.......will look at it when we get back. :-) It's all go again for me today but, hopefully, the rest of the week isn't too bad.

	good morning everyone I hope today will be as nice a day as Sunday! it is going to be cold overnight ........ already down to 2C downtown :-( breakfast is ready Oatmeal Porridge with Almonds and Cherries Selection of cold cereals Crème Brulee French Toast Caribbean Banana Fritters Wife Saver …….. a “casserole” comprised of bread, bacon slices, cheese, beaten eggs, milk, spices and seasonings. Chilled overnight in the fridge, then baked in the morning for breakfast. Accompanied by fresh fruit and hot cinnamon rolls b.e.l.t. sandwich ……… bacon, two fried eggs, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on your choice of toast. Served with hash browns or mini potato cakes and grilled tomato Hearty Canadian – 3 eggs any style, bacon or ham, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, toast Blueberry and Oatmeal Pancakes with Maple Yoghurt Huevos Rancheros Mini Tomato Baked Frittata in the warmers ................ bacon, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, grilled mushrooms, baked tomatoes, baked baby beetroots, home-fried potatoes with garlic and bacon toast croissants barm cakes crumpets selection of jams and jellies, peanut butter Tea, coffee, juices enjoy xxxx s xxx
