Have been up since just after 6.30am. and feel as though I have done a full day's work already! Lamb hotpot in the slow cooker. Haven't used neck of lamb since I don't know when so I hope it turns out okay... :-S

Only just got time to pop in.

Had the girls for a couple of hours (4ish)

Gave them lunch when they arrived then went out to the shopping centre.

I just couldn't face them demolishing the place when I has only just got it back to rights after last week ;-) ;-)

Gins hope the spawn is now in the park.

OH is away to pick up something to eat and we have an empty nest if only for a few hours :-)

I seem to remember somewhere in the back of my mind that Jonesey had a HUGE park opposite his house - Didn't he tell us about all the birds etc. that he watched over there?

Why would mom lay her spawn without water?

Nip down to B & Q Ginns and pick up a LARGE kiddies paddling pool for little more than a fiver! OR - Get a bucket out! - depending on how large an area you think they need. :-S

You are quite right - 'our Jonesey' would know !

There was something in the newspaper the other day about having to change all your passwords on all your sites as there has been a problem and all our sites are at risk !!..................... I suddenly said to my husband that Jonesey would know what it was all about as he was very knowledgeable about these things. :-( :-(


Back to your frog spawn then............

Scrape them ALL into a bucket and take them down to the nearest bit of water available...................

Thanks Ginns - I will need 3 cups of tea and my bacon butties this morning please as I need to wake up ! - HORRIBLE, horrible dreams last night so every time I woke up I didn't want to go back to sleep ! :-( :-( :-(

I have just had a phone call from grand-daughter. You may remember that we were recently making Easter Hats for school.

Well, they wore them today and both of them won 2nd prize in their classes - they were really pleased! :-D :-D :-D
