The next few days are the only days where I will eat Hot Cross Buns - after that, I resort to normal teacakes......

Ive been one day ahead all week and this morning woke, thinking it's Saturday!

Kettle is on and hot buttered toasted teacakes at the ready

Gins going out to eat for me is a bit like waiting for a bus.

You wait ages then they come in a convoy :-D

Off to take OH for another eye injection.
Lunch.
Out to pick up daughter and then
to take friend out for coffee.
Evening meal.

Apart from that, quite an uneventful day....hahahahahaaaa......

I came on and posted last night and as I hit the submit button my Internet died :-P :

We had a nice dinner. My dentist just has really ornate plasterwork on his ceiling :-)

I was meant to be going out for lunch with a friend tomorrow (son no 1's future MIL) just phoned her (trying to rearrange for today)

She is already booked for lunch today :-)

we are booked for dinner with friends tomorrow so I didn't really want to be out for lunch and dinner on the same day.

My friend didn't want to be out for lunch two days in a row. we have agreed to go out in a couple of weeks.

Oh what a hectic social life I lead :-D :-D :-D :-D

Dinner tomorrow is with the friend who has breast cancer. She has just finished her course of chemo (3 weeks ago) and wants to go out before she starts her course of radiotherapy :-D

Off to do the weekly shop :-(

My dentist has a lovely picture on the ceiling now which has lots of interesting things to look at in it.

I was very pleased when he put it up because before that there were just ceiling tiles - the problem was that they were identical to the floor tiles I had in my kitchen at that time.

Consequentially, I used to feel rather disoriented as it felt like I was lying on my back looking up at the floor !!! :-S :-( :-( - VERY strange !!!

JB has been off all week, I was working from home today........did lot's in the garden!

Cyns......my dentist has 'zilch' on the ceiling, you just stare into the abyss!

Teaching tomorrow, off until Tues and then off again until the next Tuesday

No 2 son and girls popped in for lunch which we had out in the garden.

No mess in the house just got all the outdoor toys to clear up :-)

Another beautiful day and the washing machine is happily doing a pile of bedding......I simply can't let a lovely day go by without washing something!! :-D


Off to the dentist this morning......wonder what's on TV? I just lay there and watch the screen fixed onto the ceiling - hope it isn't something like Jeremy Kyle - I may bite the dentist's hand.......

No harm in finding out about the job Gins........go and see.
