Oh I aint got time to read all the previous ramblings and this Swiss keyboard is back to front.....

Just come back from a walk around lake Geneva and paid 8 Francs for two tiny bottles of water

How is everyone then

We were OK until a couple of minutes ago.

But I at least have now gone into a decline.....sigh

Taps dont work there then?

Later on the water front there was a free water tap....so we filled up and felt a bit better

Whats the weather like over there....its boiling here

If anyone is interested - for supper -Have just cooked a chinese meal and have left-overs !!

Chicken in batter with lemon sauce, chicken with black bean sauce and chicken again in hoi sin |(Sorry it's all chicken but it IS the best meat for a chinese !!! + Egg fried rice !!!

Pancake rolls to start and I was going to do Apple fritters and banana fritters with syrup to follow but was just too full !!

Will do them another day !!

The bit I liked in the thread you quoted Fans was..... 'he was born roughly'...... I felt sorry for his mother!!

I didnt clock that bit Cyn..

But what I couldnt get over was that she asks for help on a Taplin/ Barber marriage when she has a childs cert that states the maiden name of Mrs Barber as HARRIS..!
Which she says after a search by us and it was pure luck I looked at the marriage on Ancestry as it was in the right district..
Otherwise we could still be searching..!
