Back to Burma births.
I searched SP for service returns and FMP but no joy,any ideas of where else to search please.
The man had a British passport as it says so on passenger lists.

I am so excited to have got even this far as I have been trying to crack this very personal one for a couple of years now.
Sent for the marriage last night as it was in england but the groom was born in Burma in 1916 and I have not a clue what to do now.
The Bride was born in England and I have already traced her back a bit.

So.
Where to look for births in Burma born in Late December 1916 please?

These newly added records were previously only viewable on microfilm at The National Archives.

Jonesey - thats correct children born here of British parents are registered here in Spain - it is an optional extra to re register the child with the British consul - and costs 140 euros

I think if we actually had to kill an animal before we could eat it - we would all be veggie

It is because we buy our meat ready prepared

I have shot ,skinned and cooked rabbits.
Killed hens,ducks geese etc and plucked gutted and cooked them.

I used to skin out all the animals that died on our farm for extra money as the skins made good money if taken off correctly.
Then we cooked them for the dogs..
Waste not want not.

People would kill animals if they were hungry enough.

I am sorry but I could not - we had a rat on our bird table in UK - and I was at the window with my rifle - it was in my sight - and I just could not pull the trigger

Renes....not all mints have bones in...sugar free polos are fine ;)

For Irene between 6:30 and 7:00 (11:30 to 12:00 British time 3;30 to 4:00 am Sylvia time really boring bowl of rice krispies .... sometimes on weekend I will make poached eggs on toast or pancakes (flapjacks) with maple syrup. Family back home not too impressed with our tea preference .... 6 cups of tea out of a teabag ... but who cares suits my wife and myself.

Nah Robert...The 6 cups of tea from one Tea Bag is only cos you is a skinflint really I have no doubt..:))

The problem is if you put them in the dryer after brewing to reuse they tend to break open and here it gets too cold in the winter to put them on a clothes line ... they freeze

Rice krispies - think I stay at Sylvies for brekkies -and her homemade jam is a real pull - but will make the flapjack as your recipe - we can get pure maple syrup her in Spain - about 10 euros a bottle - but well worth it for a treat

Does not bother me about the tea bags - I hate tea - even as a very small child - only drink coffee - decaf -
