	Thanks Sylv for the cuppa, needed that this morning. Glad OH had a good birthday. It's my birfday tomorrow......aghhh Weaving....Sylv I was training absence management yesterday at a company in Hull that manufacture 'belts' for the coal industry I got a little look around the place and they make the belts using the old fashioned weaving method! They weave the stuff which looks like thick carpet on a roll when finished, then they coat it in plastic and rubber. It was quite amazing to watch....then the belts are exported all over the world...a lot of them to Canada to carry coal and silt underground in the mines...brilliant Mornin everyone......

	My start to the training yesterday....11 managers mostly men age 50+ Started off with...why are we having this training...oh god not this cr#p... One had his head in his hands.....sighing heavily Because they had been forced to attend, I was told by the director that a couple of them had said they would be argumentative and cause trouble! When I asked their names one said 'Grumpy' another said 'killer'....you get the picture! Started at 10.00am and by 10.30am.........eating out of my hand they were..... Im bl##dy good at my job I am ;)

	Jonesey Maybe they are linked to FMP??? They want everyone to pay for the 1911 and dont want people doing look ups

	GR, and FMP are both part of Brightsolid so I suppose it was probably inevitable. Next thing likely to happen is that anyone found guilty of advising people that it is a complete waste of time paying for GR Gold or Platinum membership will be banished to the naughty stool. (lol)

	Seems other similar threads have been deleted by GR Ja..x look up thread has gone too Well, its one thing with the copy right stuff but if GR stop people doing look ups I think they will end up with very few members

	Hi Irene, Just taken the 2 '5 year olds' home. - Yes, It went quite well. Picked Grand-daughter up at 8 .00 this morning, collected her best friend at 1.00 pm. They never shut up all afternoon - we went to the woods, through the labarynth, had a run around (well they did), did some 'wild-flower spotting', then had our picnic and then brought them back here to 'demolish' our house. They had a great time - they are SO 'joined at the hip' !!!. Anyway, all in all it was a good idea but exhausting. - Going to have a rest now. Just popped in really to wish Ginny a Happy Birthday, So.... Happy Birthday Gins Xxx. 13 hours to go before we pick grand-daughter up again in the morning ! Oh the 'joys' of the School Holidays !
