I am doing the dreaded I***ing !!! - I really hate it but I have about 4 hours worth to do.

Luckily I keep having to stop for a rest !! (tee hee!)

I really think I may have to take you up on your offer !! - A weekly visit to Wigan would be much less tiring methinks !!

Hubby is pleased, he has some clean clothes to wear at last !

I have my 5 year old grand-daughter tomorrow - I'm not too well at present and I have just invited her 5 year old 'very bestest friend' to join us !!

It was either a very good idea or a very bad mistake !!

Either way, I will find out tomorrow !!

Just tidying my freezer out......dear oh dear.

I need space because I am freezing the runner beans we have grown....actually OH has become very adept at picking and blanching.....I'm very impressed as he isn't one for hanging around in the kitchen.

Right, must go and see what is going on in the oven......

I was given 60 or 70 audio books recently (to see me through my two 1/2 hour soaks in the bath per day ) - Long story - don't ask, !!

Anyway , baths have been cut down now so I have donated the audio books to National Institute for the Blind !! - They were very grateful.

Perhaps you would like to send your old ones there as well ??

Hi everyone


much cooler and cloudy today .......... weather change on its way!

OH's birthday today ............... daughter has taken him downtown and they are going to go to an art gallery or museum ............. decision to be made when they get there! MJ is with them (of course!)

Tonight, I take him out for dinner, and J as well of course! Babysitter looks after MJ.


Tomorrow, J will be packing

she leaves on Friday am .... will have to get her to the airport for about 9:15 am


Yesterday, we both had physio appointments ............. mine at 12:40 and J at 1:00 ....... followed by a sushi lunch

J has to change the way she picks up and handles MJ if she wants her wrist to stop hurting and her shoulder to improve.

Me? I have to continue with my exercises, and watch how I walk ............... no more falling over!



off to copy some of J's baby pictures on to my 'puter ........ she wants the prints!

Just got in from work.
A really intense day.


I posted some replies on a thread at junchtime but it has dis appeared.

I have found it.

Had a lovely dinner tonight for OH's birthday ..... we went to a place we often go to on a Friday evening, and know we get good value for money.


J & OH went to a First Nations gallery downtown, they had a special exhibit of weaving done by First Nations women, including modern and old. Then to the Vancouver Art Gallery ..... and J treated OH to lunch.


it is soooooooooooooo much cooler now!
