I have found his wife Beatrice on the incoming passenger list for the Scandinavian arrived in Montreal Quebec from Liverpool on 18 May 1919. There is a note against her "Travelling with her husband - Retired soldier". Her husbands name is in the appropriate column as Bernard. It seems the guys and gals were listed separately. I cannot find Bernard using Ancestry search engine. He must be on that ship. But where is he listed? Any help would be appreciated. email at [email protected] if you can help. Many thanks. |
