On the death if it is his death it states birth 15 sep 1911, this one says Dec 1911 |

Samantha, the "Dec" refers to the registration quarter. So you have Jan-March and so on, the last being Oct-Dec. it refers to registration of the event not the event itself. So for example, a child could be born \March 20th and registered April, so will appear in the Apr-June quarter. |
