I cannot find them on the 1851 census they are in the 1841 census living in Princess Street Shrewsbury, then Sarah is there in 1861 & 1871 census |

Yes these are them, obviously surname spelt wrongly so it looks as though William died young; in the 1841 census it says George age 2 and a baby 1 month - where is it in 1851? |

I did sort of wonder about Carter as Sarah's maiden name. |

Sandra IGI is on Familysearch.org it is a free site and good to look up on before the 1837 indexes. They have submitted records on there too and these are not always correct. If you find one that is Extracted they are usually true. |

I still can't find a marriage but I have found a Christening of a Sarah Carter in Painswick Glous. where Sarah says she was born on the 1851 census, if that makes sense to you! |

Well all I can say is that their last child was born in 1845 and it was Christened with the parents as William Worral and Sarah so he must have been alive then and he was'nt on the 1851 census so the death should be in about 1845 to 1851. PROBLEM IS WHERE DID HE DIE?? |

Peacock Passage is between Princess Street and High Street Shrewsbury, it seems Sarah lived there from the 1841 census until she died there 24th March 1874 It looks as though Sarah Carter bp. 1 Jan 1803 at Painswick could be her, and the William Worrall above could be his death. |

Just my opinion and it's a gamble-but I'd really get one of the children's birth certificates to find out Sarah's maiden name. |
