Sorry my fault, it is Beatrice Grace - I'm getting name blindness. Beatrice Grace married Vicari and went to Australia not returning til after 1925 by which time my grandparents had married. She would have been two years older than Felicie. Thanks for all your help so far, let me know if you think of any other avenue to persue. |

Felecia Marie Tees was my aunt. All my dad's birth cert shows is his father's name and his mother's name and maiden name of Foulger but nothing else. The closest I got with middle names was Beatrice Grace Foulger who is a daughter of James and Florence and once of my Aunts's second name was Grace but that's a bit tenuous and still didn't get any further. I'll check for a Marie Foulger born around 1900 tho, it might show something. Been through the trees on genes and not getting far! The one with Ernest and Felicie married is mine! thanks for your help |

Ref previous enquiry. Still struggling with finding my Grandmother. At the date of her marriage the people living at 42 Rushton Street according to the electoral role were -James Foulger-,Gertrude Hughes-William Hughes |

As Felecie doesn't seem to exist, just thought what her name could be. It could be that she was a niece of Florence or James Henry. |

Florence Rachel sailed to Australia 3 July 1920 and returned 9 Oct 1923 so that counts her out. |

Anything is possible, I think my grandad used to call her phyl, have you found someone who vaguely fits? I think it's almost certain she wasn't called Felecie. |

Is it possible that Felecie's name was actually Phyllis? |

Justina or Jestina died before the 1911 census - she's actually written on it and then crossed out with a tick in the children that have died box. Am now struggling to trace the marriage of Florence but believe it was in 1920 either here or in Australia. |

You say that all of James and Florences daughters are traceable through their marriages -can you give details of the marriages of Justina and Florence Rachel as so far I have not traced them and Justina is shown as Jestina on her baptism 31/10/1897 and Florence could easily be mistranscribed as Felecie (which is how she is spelt on marriage in 1922 |

I am not sure about England but in Scotland you do not need to produce your birth certificate to marry. Hence the reason when researching up here you find ancestors who married using abbreviated christian names or middle names that they used! Eg Elizabeths as Lizzie, Janets as Jessie, Janes as Jean or Jeanie etc. |
