Member Since: December 2004 Posts: 21 Send Message	We believe John Cowan married to a Agnes Wateret are the parents of our Ancestor Robert Cowan b. 20.12.1803, Kirkbean, Dumfries. John Cowan seems to be a very common name in Scotland. If we are right they had daughter Nicholas b. 22.03.1807and a daughter Mary b. 22.01.1809 - both at Kirkbean. I wondered if anyone else had these people in their tree to confirm that John and Agnes are their parents. Thanks.
