lancashire records office, search needed

Please if anyone is visiting the Lancashire Records Office I need an electorial Register search for my G Grandad - Duckworth Hargreaves - I am trying to narrow my search down as to when he was sent to Strangeways Prison (as shown on the 1901 census).

Facts I know:
1) 1895 Duckworth Hargreaves final year (according to the Electorial Register) at Wash Lane, Bury, Lancs
2) 1901 Duckworth Hargreaves is in Strangeways Prison
3) 1901 His wife Sarah Stott lived at 131 Plantation Street, Bacup, Lancs
4) 1905 Duckworth's 2nd marrage certificateis living at Turnhill Farm, Dean, Water

I would be so greatfull if somebody could search Duchworth Hargreaves on the electorial register at 131 Plantation Street, Bacup, from 1896 to 1904.
