I am trying to find David Thomas Davies b1878 his father was called David Davies (deceased) on the marriage certificate, his father's occupation was a coal miner as was his.
I found him on the 1901. I cannot find him prior to the 1901.

Could you find Elias YOUNG b 1859 in Lopen,Somerset in 1871 & 1881 census. In 1861 as Eliza Young aged 2 living in Lopen with father William aged 38 b Lopen (widower) & siblings. In 1891 Elias with wife Annie b 1860 Torpoint,Cornwall ,living at Plymouth,Devon with children Caroline,Daisy, Mary & Rosina. Births of children as Annie or Hannah ,nee RICHARDS. But have been unable to find marriage. 1st known child born Annie Matilda b1882 in Plymouth.
