I don 't want to throw a spanner in the works, or delay anything, but Garry David has mentioned the Borthwick Institute. Surely that isn't a place to get birth or marriage certs from is it? I thought it dealt with wills and such like. |

Dear Maureen ny i do like you all and i am really serious about finding herberts parents so my best bet would be to get in touch with the BORTHWICK INSTITUTE at york uni and buy a birth cert that WOULD have his parents on wouldnt it Garry david |
